HOW TO APPLY FOR A PROCESS OF DOUBLE NULLITY.

It is advisable to contact us. It is advisable that you recover the documents described below without which the case can not be filed.
1. LIBELLO: A formal introduction of the cause of the nullity which consists of a summary of the related matrimonial issues, including the identification documents of the parties at hand. The Libellus can be composed in the Tribunal after the counseling session.
2. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE: A photocopy of the Marriage Certificate authenticated by the parish priest, of the parish where the Holy Matrimony took place.
3. LIST OF WITNESSES: People including parents, relatives and/or friends that are aware of the situation at hand. Complete names, addresses and email are necessary for all witnesses, as they maybe contacted for further information.
4. CIVIL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO SEPARATION AND/OR DIVORCE: Instances and Sentences.
5. OTHE DOCUMENTATION THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR THE CASE: This may include personal diaries, medical documents (if the case involves medical or psychological circumstances).
6. PROCURATORY MANDATE FOR THE ADVOCATE: If a lawyer recognized by the Tribunal is used.
7. TRIBUNAL SERVICE FEE: As established by the Ordinariate, the cost of the Tribunal services are 400 USD to be paid upon the application of the Libello (Step 1). Those are not able to make a full payment of the Tribunal services, must make a request to the Judicial Vicar and send a letter of the local Parish priest verifying their financial situation.
